PE welding wire is specifically designed for welding of polyethylene (PE) sheets or pipes. Common application areas include:
● Chemical corrosion prevention project: Welding large PE storage tanks, anti-corrosion floors, acid washing tanks, and seams of ventilation ducts.
● Environmental water treatment: Welding inner linings, floating covers, and pipeline systems of sewage treatment ponds.
● Mining: Welding pulp flotation tanks and wear-resistant liners.
● Waterproofing project: Welding HDPE geotextiles (used for landfill waterproofing, artificial lakes, tunnel waterproofing, etc.).
PET pull wire is a widely used industrial process material, and it is commonly found in the following fields:
● Pipeline industry (the most critical application): When producing plastic pipes (such as PE, PPR, PVC pipes), the freshly extruded plastic pipes are soft and very long. Haul off is used to hold the PET pull wire, which pulls the entire plastic pipe forward at a constant speed in the cooling water tank and cutting machine. It is like the"reins"of the pipe production line.
● Cable industry: Similar to the pipeline industry, when producing wires and cables, the pull wire is used to pull the cables through the cooling and winding devices.
● Textile and packaging: In the production processes of spinning, weaving, and bag weaving, it serves as the pull wire to guide the yarn or film.
● 3D printing: As a high-strength supporting material (but not as commonly used as water-soluble supporting materials).
